VINYASA FLOW
A creative flow sequence in a warm space setting dynamically linking movement with breath and improving strength, balance, and flexibility while clearing the mind. This class is appropriate for all levels, however, is more of a vigorous style of yoga so be prepared to sweat and challenge the body. Modifications will be given to beginners as well as seasoned practitioners. INTENSE BUT ALL LEVELS WELCOME AS MODIFICATIONS WILL BE GIVEN. 75 minutes.

POWER HOUR BASICS
A short but sweet and juicy twist of the Vinyasa Flow Class.  We will cover the basics of a Vinyasa Flow class focusing on cultivating the ultimate balance of strength, flexibility and mindfulness in 60 minutes. ALL LEVELS. 60 minutes.

CORE POWER HOUR
Lengthening, strengthening and toning the entire body with special attention to our power house-THE CORE!  Just one hour long, this class will have you moving, breathing and sweating! Core strength is the ultimate necessity to get you into some of the more advanced yoga poses, but more importantly, core strength enhances balance and stability, preventing falls and injuries in athletics and as we AGE!  It also dictates how well the arms and legs move, all the while promoting a a nice, long, straight spine!  INTENSE BUT ALL LEVELS WELCOME AS MODIFICATIONS WILL BE GIVEN. 60 minutes.

COMMUNITY VINYASA YOGA CLASS
Join our recent Moksha Yoga Studio teacher trainees as they put into action what they have learned after completing the study portion of their 200 hour teacher training program. This class will be taught by a different trainee each week and will be a donation only based class. At the end of the month, the money raised will go to the trainee’s charity of choice for that month. What better way to support the community, new teachers and charity by practicing giving and receiving yoga! This month's and next month's charity is the Palm Beach County Food Bank.  ALL LEVELS. 60 minutes.

AERIAL YOGA
If you are looking for a fun and exciting new way to stretch, strengthen and decompress the body and mind, then Aerial Yoga is for you! Master your centre of gravity as you build core power and improve your strength, balance, flexibility and endurance as you swing, fly and hang upside down on our Aerial Yoga swings. Our yoga hammocks are built around an extremely versatile, adjustable and comfortable Swing which has two handles with three grips at varying heights to enable you to achieve any conceivable posture, angle, movement, stretch or exercise imaginable. Anything is possible from vertical to horizontal and inversion techniques, with every conceivable option in between. Our aerial yoga classes are unique in that it offers you the ability to stretch and strengthen. It is also a therapeutic piece of equipment that can be used to practice Inversion Therapy which is ideal for gentle, passive stretching and traction of the spine. Hanging upside down can alleviate muscular tension and pain as well as promote increased joint mobility and flexibility, energy levels and improved blood circulation. All of these in turn will promote good health and well-being. All levels welcomed. 60 minutes. Space is limited in our Aerial Yoga classes so pre-registration is required.

GENTLE HATHA FLOW
Gentle Hatha Flow is an integrated mind/body practice of self-transformation that empowers you to realize your full potential. The journey begins as you revitalize the body through postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. It deepens as you learn to focus your awareness in the present space and moment, enabling you to enter meditative states that awakens compassion and clears the mind. Through this practice, you discover how to nurture the roots of health, catalyze personal growth, live with greater skillfulness and joy, and transform your sense of what it means to be alive. BEGINNER-INTERMEDIATE. 60 minutes.

YIN YOGA
A Taoist form of Yoga that targets connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and spine. Yin postures are held three to five to ten minutes at a time. The practice is quiet and passive and is a great compliment to your flow practice! 60-75 minutes. ALL LEVELS.

MEDITATION
The class is oriented for both beginners with little or no meditation experience and those with a meditation practice, who will gain new techniques and benefit from the group energy. Guided meditations, mindfulness, pranayama, and deep relaxation will be featured.

MEDITATION AND SLOW FLOW/GENTLE YOGA
This class starts off with 15 minutes of meditation and then a 40 minute gentle yoga practice is followed by 20 minutes of progressive relaxation and visualization. 60 minutes.

YOGA CONDITIONING
A 45 minute class using weights, ankle/wrist weights and resistance bands to enhance our yoga practice and create more strength within the body while aslo getting the circulatory system pumping. We utilize dynamic movements to strengthen and tone as well dynamic flows to promote cardio conditioning. The last few minutes of class will end with some gentle stretching or a short savasana. 45 minutes. INTENSE BUT ALL LEVELS WELCOME AND MODIFICATIONS GIVEN. Pre-registration is required as space is limited due to equipment.

STRETCH & RELEASE
Stretch Results is a deep stretching, deep breathing technique designed to achieve optimum muscular balance, good posture and superior levels of physical performance, appearance, health and well-being. Clients are taken through a structured series of exercises to lengthen, strengthen and rebalance specific muscles of the body. This class is complementary for atheletes and other fitness and body techniques, and can be used alone or in conjunction with other methods that help the body to build flexibility and strength. 60 minutes. ALL LEVELS.

CANDLELIGHT RESTORATIVE
A slow flowing gentle yoga class that begins with meditation, focuses on restorative yoga postures and some fundamental pranayama exercises, then ends with a long savasana. In a candlelit room this class is sure to restore and rejuvenate the mind and body. 60-75 minutes. ALL LEVELS.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE & STRETCH
This class focuses on increasing mobility, flexibility, and releasing muscle tension. It incorporates myofascial release Techniques using Rad therapy Balls or tennis balls, traditional and restorative yoga poses. Myofascial release is a great way to release any fascial adhesions, stimulate blood flow, collagen and lengthen the tissues in the body.  6O minutes. Great for athletes and anyone needing to cultivate more balance and space in the body. ALL LEVELS. 2 tennis balls are required for this class or myofascial balls. We also sell RAD therapy balls at the studio.

YIN/YANG YOGA
A practice that encourages the clearing of any blockages within the 12 main meridians adapted in Chinese Medicine that run in our body, and nourishes our internal organs. A Yin practice is more of a passive practice where we hold the posture for a minimum of 3-5 minutes, encouraging attention to the breath. It helps clearing the joints rendering them more flexible and lubricated, giving you better health and mobility. A Yang yoga practice is more of an active one, taking care of your muscles and keeping them stronger and more alive. Yin is 60 minutes, Yang is 60 minutes. Class are recommended to take back to back, however you can take individually. ALL LEVELS.

SLOW BURN
Experience the benefits of waking up to yoga as you stretch your body, awaken your mind, and fuel your spirit. This 60 minute class combines the elements of slow flow vinyasa, pranayama & meditation. You will hold poses a little longer and feel the burn as you build muscle, inner strength, and stamina. 

KIDS YOGA
In our fun and playful classes we will improve strength, flexibility, and coordination using traditional and animal yoga poses. Children will learn how to focus and center themselves with various games, breathing and visualization techniques. They will learn how to safely challenge themselves in a non-competitive manner developing a greater respect for themselves and those around them.

PRENATAL YOGA
Come and experience the powerful connection between pregnancy & yoga! Prenatal Yoga is the perfect preparation for pregnancy and childbirth. Take time out  to focus on yourself and your growing baby and reduce stress and tension. This class is designed to help improve circulation and digestion, cultivate balance, body trust, intuition and the art of letting go. Prenatal yoga is a great way to feel more comfortable and healthier throughout your pregnancy and also meet other moms-to-be. This is a safe class for all stages of pregnancy but we do recommend checking with your healthcare provider ahead of time. 60 minutes.

COMMUNITY YOGA CLASS
Our Community Yoga Class is offered once a month which is a donation based yoga class to support the charity we have chosen for that month/quarter. Any donations you provide, no matter how big or small, when you attend class will go to help in supporting this cause. This is an all levels vinayasa flow class.
