4 Week Prenatal Yoga Series w/Elizabeth



Sundays, 9-10:15am (No class Oct. 8th)

$70 if registered by 9/10, $80 after.

This class helps to strengthen your uterine and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and practice breathing techniques useful for labor. Yoga reduces the discomforts of pregnancy while stretching and strengthening the muscles which help to facilitate labor. A perfect opportunity to connect with your baby and other expectant mothers!
