Intro to Aerial Yoga is a slower paced class introducing basic postures, stretches, inversions and strength building while you are supported or suspended in an aerial yoga hammock. This workshop is designed to ease you into the aerial yoga postures leaving you feeling comfortable and confident to join our regular classes! ***No yoga or aerial experience needed, this class is perfect for the complete beginner!
