Biodanza is a system that integrates music, free movement, and authentic interactions to provide experiences of intense perception of being alive in the here and now. Continuous exposure to Biodanza strengthens your identity and relationship with life. Today our lives are in a continuous cycle of negative pressures that affect our health and wellbeing. Biodanza is a complementary therapy to help improve a patient’s health. The experience is mostly non-verbal, and no dance experience is needed, which opens participants' communication and connection through the “language of dance and free movement of the body.” Communication through the eyes is important and continuous exposure to Biodanza strengthens your identity and your connection with life.
