Come Fly with your mom! – Bring your mom to our very special Mother and child Aerial Yoga workshop! This aerial yoga class is designed to reflect on the compassion, patience, laughter and love that live within the bond of a mother and their child.
Join Debby in this lighthearted practice with both active and passive components enlightening the beauty of setting time aside to connect to your mom. All levels welcome... no yoga or aerial yoga experience is necessary! The class will last 1hr followed by photos, sweets and bubbly for both moms and kids!
